Bunch of idiots! I received a message stating my cover lifter had been delivered. It had not. I tracked with the FedEx number provided by The Cover Guy and saw that it was delivered to New York and I love in South Carolina. Called customer service and was told I was given the wrong tracking number but I was never given the correct one. They said they'd have to get in touch with production in Florida to find out what happened before I could be sent a replacement.
