Hate living here kids run around doing whatever they want. Management not friendly, they never answer the phone and make excuses for their mistakes and then try to cover it up. Can't wait for my lease to be up.
The Cove is awesome!!! Never had an issue! Although I do wish that some of my neighbors, who seem to be more "care free" (for lack of a better term), would be held accountable for visible junk and trash around their units. I love the office staff and the maintenance team...It's other tenants that sometimes irk me!
Went to look at their apts today. Told the guy we would take it and he began the paperwork for us. We went to get the money order for them and came back 15 mins later and they rented the apartment out from under us in their 15 mins (apparently) And they had an "oh well" attitude about it. Horrible customer service and shady business tactics. I'm telling everyone I know that these ppl who run the cove are scumbags!!
