Management and office staff are terrible, you can tell they just want to take your money each month when rent is collected and move on. Even though maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, they are done with very low standards. When I moved in; stove, oven, dryer and refrigerator/freezer ALL did not work. I have since needed work done on my freezer 4 times before just deciding to buy the necessary parts to fix it myself. In addition it is terribly insect infested. Maintenance service is the worst, they take forever to show up and fix things
Worst place I lived at. They way they tried to get me with late fees was bad. Good thing I had all my receipts. Had my car broken into and even stolen and all they said was sorry. Horrible place to live.
I'VE LIVED AT THE COVE ALMOST 10 YEARS. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL-FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY EVEN HELPED ME LOOK FOR MY CAT WHEN SHE RAN AWAY. THE MAINTENANCE DO TAKE A WHILE TO COME. BUTTHEY ALWAYS COME EVENTUALLY. MOST OF MY NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. AND I LOVE THE LOCATION.
