Very poor management. Poor communication. Scorpion infested. Not enough parking. High turnover on office staff. The actual apartments and maintenance team are great but other than that the office staff and the scorpion infestation make it really hard to rate more than one star.
Drug dealer in apparent and office knows and it still continues.
Been living here 2 years. Water heater in the above neighbor's apt burst and all the water came pouring down into our apartment. Nothing was done to reimburse us for our damaged property. The carpet was soaked and mildewed. Today our water heater burst and same scenario. Ruined carpet and items in storage. Asked to have our carpet shampooed to get rid of the smell from previous flood and told "they'd see what they can do" they put in a larger water heater than we previously had and now our stuff doesn't fit in the storage un... read more
Office staff suck Balls. Work orders take about a week till they actually send someone to LOOK at the issue
