Well I went in and did an application and put a deposit on an apartment and got approved. The same day I changed my mind and decided to get a house and they promised to send me my refund on my deposit in the mail. As of today I have not received my deposit......
I really like these apartments the office ladies are nice love the gym and the pool
I absolutely hate this place. This was my first apartment rental experience and I'm completely scarred. Every single bad review on here is 100% the truth. The managements customer service is the worst I've ever had from anywhere ever. They definitely don't care to even try and "make it up to you" in any way at all.
Probably one of the worst apartment complexes that I've ever rented from. The managements attitude is absolutely ridiculous. If you ever put in a work order for anything in your apartment, it takes ages. The accountability for their actions/actions not taken is not the way you run a business. Especially for someone who works in customer service this is not how you treat people who pay good money to live somewhere.
