Great Location and Value I really enjoy living at Shorecrest Manor. I was one of the first tenants to sign a lease in February 2014, and I am going to renew another year. It's true that the first couple months experienced some growing pains. I remember the elevators went down a few times, trash collection was difficult with all the move-ins, and people kept parking in my spot.
