Look elsewhere – My family and I have lived here now for almost 3 years. For the 1st year and a half or so I still loved it. Yes, the rent is pricey but I liked the area and the schools. The management was good and helpful. Then a little over a year ago new management took over and the place has gone downhill. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME – Out of all the communities I have ever lived in , Kensington was the absolute worst. The 'gates' on their community , people wait for others to exit to fly through or they wait for someone with access to go in. GATES SERVE NO PURPOSE but you having to wait for others in front to go in. They are disgustingly overpriced and every day waking up I regretted living there. Rather live in a cardboard box!!! – We have lived here for about a year and a half. It was a nice place to live until management switched over. Don't be fooled by the "Under New Management" sign. The new manager is awful and a poor excuse of a human being. When she first started here she evicted MANY families and actually bragged about it. If you call and ask for things to be fixed, they don't even put in a work order. I live here for a while and to say the current management is hard to deal with would be an understatement. Grossly overpriced for the area, there are much nicer apartment complexes (even across gender road) that are much cheaper and the management is easier to deal with. If your looking for an apartment in the canal winchester area I would recommend you keep looking and pass this place by
TERRIBLE – I wish there were an option for negative stars because this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management isn't just picky, they are down right anal and money hungry. Not only are they over priced for the area, which is awful and drug infested, but they will do anything for a dollar. Look Elsewhere! – This apartment complex will find you with a lot of residence with the same complaint! Maintenance? They have it? Yeah, we had missing cabinet doors, we had a washer that constantly overflowed and they did nothing. Then we give them our notice to vacate, they lose it and want us to pay the rent for the extra month when someone moved in less than two weeks after we moved out so they weren't out the money. Don't do it – Where to start worst area to live in, drugs are everywhere. My neighbors sit in front of my door and smoke pot and use other various drugs. There were several major drug busts one involving swat and cocaine and a Mexican drug ring. Crime beyond theft and break- ins. I personally had property stolen. Staff is terrible. No maintenance. so so – there were a few issues within the place like cleanliness but it looks nice. The mangement is very picky and that was irritating. It took maintenance forever to come. Alot of spiders also. Maybe the quiet person will like it but not me.
Spring Creek of Edmond should be condimed – I don't know who has been writing reviews to give this apartment complex an "Average" rating but that's nowhere near the truth!!! The management spends money on their office rather than the complex or their raises/bonuses rather than their overworked, disrespected, and poorly paid employees (mantiance guy), yeah there's only one.
