There was just a shooting on my sidewalk in December. My name is Linda Vandyke and I am 65 years old. I am retired. My $ comes toward the end of the month. They knew that when I signed my lease. They would not work with me on rent after I signed another year.
I lived there for 3 months in a bottom apartment. We had to live in a hotel the last month there because our pothead up stairs neighbor would hotbox his apartment and it would end up doing the same to ours. I should have known when I saw repeat reports about how they show you a really nice unit then it's not even close to what you get because that is 100% true. Please tear down the buildings in the Landing of Brentwood before people burn to death in a fire. I have a backround in this field and when a building start listing like they are a fire hazard from the wire arcing can cause spontaneous combustion with the years of bug sprays . I have went to Gov. Haslam to ask for a grant to the Owner to help in the cost of more Units to help repay any business debt this property would be paid in full less than two years and they need apartments anyway. Usually complainers bring problems with them. Hardworking people who make a difference in this world are grateful for a decent place to live and easy access to a decent day's wages. Christle and the office staff are working very diligently to turn things around. Kudos and ignore the dumb stuff. There are no free rides or handouts in this life. I have never felt such a high level of disrespect from ANYONE in my life. Crystal is ruthless and inconsiderate ! I paid my rent on the 1st, three days later I had an eviction notice. The money was already gone from my account so I was furious. I went into the office demanding answers and Crystal proclaimed she accidentally applied my rent to someone else's account. WTF ?!? How do you misplace $800.00 in rent money. IDIOTS ! Please take it from me, I have 4 months left then I am outta here !!!

Stay Away! Horrible! Just Plain Horrible! – Since we have lived here we have constanly complained about excessive noise from our neighbors. The noise almost never stops. Sometimes I have to stay in my bedroom because the bass from the music next door makes the pictures on the wall and the glassware in my cabinet rattle. The people upstairs stomp constantly, and sometimes violently. At times it sounds like they are throwing things down the stairs at night. LOVED IT – I ONLY LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR ALTHOUGH MANANGMENT DID CHANGE THEY WAS ALWAYS NICE TO ME. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEIGHBOR AND CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. I ALSO HAD A BIRD STUCK IN THE VENT AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THAT TOO. I ALSO WON THE HALF OFF RENT I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE UNTIL I WON. SO FEEL OUT THOSE SLIPS!!!!!!!
