Usually complainers bring problems with them. Hardworking people who make a difference in this world are grateful for a decent place to live and easy access to a decent day's wages. I have never felt such a high level of disrespect from ANYONE in my life. Crystal is ruthless and inconsiderate ! I paid my rent on the 1st, three days later I had an eviction notice. The money was already gone from my account so I was furious. I went into the office demanding answers and Crystal proclaimed she accidentally applied my rent to someone else's account. WTF ?!? How do you misplace $800.00 in rent money. IDIOTS ! Please take it from me, I have 4 months left then I am outta here !!!

LOVED IT – I ONLY LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR ALTHOUGH MANANGMENT DID CHANGE THEY WAS ALWAYS NICE TO ME. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEIGHBOR AND CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. I ALSO HAD A BIRD STUCK IN THE VENT AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THAT TOO. I ALSO WON THE HALF OFF RENT I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE UNTIL I WON. SO FEEL OUT THOSE SLIPS!!!!!!!
Look elsewhere – My family and I have lived here now for almost 3 years. For the 1st year and a half or so I still loved it. Yes, the rent is pricey but I liked the area and the schools. The management was good and helpful. Then a little over a year ago new management took over and the place has gone downhill. They decided to put up a gate, which rarely ever works and when it does, it is pointless. Once it is opened everyone can follow the first car in. People go out the in and in the out. Waste of money. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME – Out of all the communities I have ever lived in , Kensington was the absolute worst. The 'gates' on their community , people wait for others to exit to fly through or they wait for someone with access to go in. GATES SERVE NO PURPOSE but you having to wait for others in front to go in. They are disgustingly overpriced and every day waking up I regretted living there. Rather live in a cardboard box!!! – We have lived here for about a year and a half. It was a nice place to live until management switched over. Don't be fooled by the "Under New Management" sign. The new manager is awful and a poor excuse of a human being. When she first started here she evicted MANY families and actually bragged about it. If you call and ask for things to be fixed, they don't even put in a work order. We have had problems in our apartment for OVER A YEAR and nothing has been fixed...in fact they have called... read more
I live here for a while and to say the current management is hard to deal with would be an understatement. Grossly overpriced for the area, there are much nicer apartment complexes (even across gender road) that are much cheaper and the management is easier to deal with. If your looking for an apartment in the canal winchester area I would recommend you keep looking and pass this place by
