It's wonderful to live in a place that cares for the residence and the home we've each made here! So glad to be living at The Colony at Bear Creek. Still looking for the bear, however :)
Im taking this way down and editing this because for the last 7 months there has been nonstop door slamming and loud music in this building and management has done little to solve it and I am thoroughly sick of it.
Average apartment complex...nothing special. Management is very reactive and not proactive unless its regarding the outward appearance of their buildings (which is average for its age). Tenants allow their "furry babies" to defecate where ever with little to no enforcement. Rules are not enforced equitably. Not enough parking at night.
