I chose this place because of the competitive price and convenient location. I have lived here for almost a year now and so far I have not found out anything that worth complaining.
This has been one of the best places I’ve lived at! I’ve been here for almost 9 years and the staff have been awesome! Monica & Fack have been here in the office the whole time I’ve been here since I’ve been here and are awesome people to work with. The handle problems & issues that have come up quickly & efficiently!!

I've lived here about 7 years and this place is friendly, clean and the staff is very helpful. Great place to live.
My wife, Dawn and I, lived there for 6 years and have just recently moved out into a house, but I can honestly say that our experience there at the Colony was a JOY! for all of the six years we were there. The staff, the maintenance crew and, especially, Monica Ariz in the office. She made sure that every time we had an issue, be it a maintenance issue, issues with other tenants children (which came up often), or anything else, was handled with courtesy and professionalism. I like living here. Its clean, quiet and management is great. the staff in the office is available 7 days a week and they are all very nice. Specially Ashley, she will help you with all your questions and always has a great positive attitude.
Been living here for 5 years+ . Great place to live. Great management service and friendly people all around. Very green and close to nature
We've had a fantastic experience here so far. The thing that jumps out in particular is the maintenance crew - something that is a headache for many people. Any time there's an issue, the team is out immediately to take care of it. They're quick, polite, and communicate what's happening. It's a great group of techs.
The Colony at Bear Creek is a wonderful place to call home, everyone in the office, especially Tanya is super friendly to my kids. Makes us feel very welcome whenever we stop by the office.
