RecommendedOffice Staff is ALWAYS courteous , respectful and very helpful. I have a many various questions and requests and every time Property Management has responded timely and problem solved all. Maintenance response time is outstanding. I can not even put a work order in and within 1/2 an hour the crew is at my door ready to fix it. We have lived here 10 months. I have lived here several years maintenance is prompt ,staff is great and they do community events it is a safe area to live, I LOVE it here and valet trash everyday is an added bonus
Fack the leasing manager is very professional and friendly. Monica is so nice and very helpful with any payroll question. Kat and Marisa are great leasing agents. I love the location of this complex. There two outdoor pools jacuzzis and fitness centers. I highly recommend this complex.
I’m rating and reviewing about a staff member, Monica Ariz. She has infinetly gone above and beyond to help me out, ask me how I’m doing, and she always has an open door! My last year has been tough, being diagnosed with a rare disease and she’s been a solid rock for me, personally and professionally. We lived at The Colony for over four years and really enjoyed it. Any concerns (maintenance, safety,etc) are always taken care of in a reasonable time frame. The price for our unit and the amenities is far better than some of the other places in town. The complex is in a good location, close to the 520. The grounds are always well maintained and the complex is generally pretty quiet. We will miss living here, especially in the fall!
The colony is a tranquil place and I particularly like living next to the creek. The staff are nice, professional and very efficient when it comes to home maintenance issues. This will be our second year of residency.
the colony at bear creek was a great place to call home for three years, and especially monica in the office, she took care of us whenever we needed anything. i recommend living at the bear creek. It is so close to everything. thank you.
