Also, I had a raccoon living in the top of roof for a week before someone came . When u first moved I. The carpet had dog pee for a full week before someone came out to give new carpet. I was not pleased . House was dirty

(Verified Renter) I love living at Madison at the lakes I have been here a little over a month, and it is very quiet, nice setting, great office staff made my move very easy they are very patient and always speak and always welcome me with laughter when I go into the office, the maintenance guys are wonderful all my issues were taken care of the same day and they will help you with anything, and Madison at the lakes has two fishing ponds which I put to go use
