I love my... (Verified Renter) I love my apartment, as far as the actual place itself. Other than that, it's been one inconvenience after another with this place ever since Cortland took over. Besides the $200 rent increase I've seen over the past couple of years and the ever changing staff; The worse yet is having to pay $25/month to drive disgusting trash clear around the block then walk up a 2 level ramp and compact it myself. The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is quick and friendly. I have walked into the office for a package pick up and they great me with the package right away. All my concerns have been addressed in a timely manner and always with a smile!
Looks pretty on... (Verified Renter) Looks pretty on the outside but the property management team is lacking in making the units move in ready. Garbage all over the area where the dumpsters are with no tenant responsibility. We pay for trash but have to walk it to another place for pick up or leave on our porch, this is not pleasing to the eye to see bags of trash on porches. These are just a few things Ive seen and I havent even been in my townhouse a full month.

Verified Renter I love it here 2 years now and they have been great from lease issues to maintance they have been wonderful considerate and always willing to work with you to make sure your happy here! They have been through many changes these last years and have done outstanding considering all they have done and are doing this place has improved on so many levels -even when the whole office staff was changed or moved the replacements have been just as helpful and considerate!!!!!
