I have enjoyed... (Verified Renter) I have enjoyed living at Madison at the lakes. It is a nice, peaceful community that is quiet and well kept. Maintenance is superb and our new maintenance manager, Ben is great.

When I moved... (Verified Renter) When I moved into my apartment in 2016 my kitchen cabinets were badly damaged and peeling. It has been over two years and they have not been repaired after dozens of request to have them repaired they are still damaged. Management keeps giving me specific dates that my cabinets will be repaired but it's been almost 2 years with no results
Almost perfect I absolutely LOVE living here. My apartment is so cute!!! It is a quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Canal such as Walmart, Kroger, restaurants, stores, banks, etc. The only downside is the parking. It's enough to keep me from renewing my lease....many times I have to park 1/4 mile from my apartment, which is very frustrating..especially at night and when the weather is bad or when carrying items/children. 1 assigned space per apartment seems reasonable to me, property owners should consider this. UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF Office staff is inconsistent, unprofessional, dishonest, manipulative, and incompetent. Amber hung up on me. Employees have lied about mistakes instead of acknowledging and correcting them. First day moving in I was welcomed by a poop skid on the outside of the main floor toilet. Place is infested with spiders year round and ants in the spring through fall. Good luck calling the office and getting a hold of someone. You can find better for your money!
