Verified Renter I don't feel as safe here as I use to. Cars have been broken into. I hope homes aren't next. Garbage collection on the weekend is non-existent resulting in a mess on Sunday and Monday morning. Received e-mails for pet waste pickup (which I do) but then there are no bags at pet waste receptacles. Pool area garbage piles up in garbage receptacles as well. They are very open and always find ways to engage the community no matter the issues that we encounter. It is also a very safe community for different type of family dynamics.

Verified Renter It simply costs too much to live herebasic at bestplan to pay double in utilities. Best thing is the view and they allow dogs but theres rental fees for that too if youre honest.

Verified Renter The leasing staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and they treat you like you're not just a tenant, they actually care. The maintenance staff has always been amazing, I've never had to wait long at all for someone to come out and fix something. And there's a dog park!
