As an Indianapolis native, it is exciting to see the growth of broad ripple over recent years. With the addition of the Coil, I am lucky to have a slice of luxury living right in my hometown. I love being walking distance from the Monon trail and my favorite restaurants, and am grateful to call the Coil my home!
The Coil is one of my favorite places that I have lived at in a very long time. Location is prime. The staff is very attentive, inviting and truly care about their residents. I love that the grocery store is one elevator away. You are within walking distance of the Monon Trail, yoga Studio, great bars and restaurants. As a transplant from the northeast, I had some doubts about moving to Indy. Living in The Coil in Broad Ripple has really helped with my transition to the city. Having a fresh thyme right downstairs, a courtyard for all the residents and such easy access to the Broad Ripple neighborhood has been really great. The staff has even coordinated free yoga, barbecues and ice cream socials for the residents to get to know one another. I have really enjoyed being a part of this community and I'm glad I get to call The Coil home.

One thing that I love about living in The Coil is the location. You're close to everything. I also think that the property managers truly care about their residents and strive to make everyone comfortable and happy. There are events and functions that allow you to get to know your neighbors and try new things. I wouldn't live anywhere else!
