Finally after many months I was able to go to the Ethic. I love their mocha. Sorry I missed you Tom.
I am surprised I haven't reviewed you here. Nearly every morning I start my work day with a cinnamon roll, large house coffee and a capuccino from the Ethic. My day is greater for it. The roll, like all the other bakery goods is perfect and I delight in the surprise of a special pumpkin roll or apple roll. The coffee is always fresh and we'll brewed and the capuccino or espresso is perfectly made. The staff knows their stuff and are always friendly. Thanks for many great mornings.

The frappe was decent. The espresso whipped cream was amazing! Glad I got it to go. Loved the atmosphere but it was dampened by them cleaning the floors right where I was sitting the chemical smell was so overwhelming I had to leave because there was nowhere else to sit. I understand them wanting to keep the place clean but I just felt like this was not the right time. Having a cleaning bucket and mop next to me while I'm trying to eat my muffin made we lose my appetite.
