Frankly, I'm not a coffee drinker by nature. I go to coffee shops for the atmosphere, and it's been a struggle finding somewhere that's right for me. All the places I've tried are either way too quiet and empty or too crowded and loud. The Coffee Ethic strikes the perfect balance. It's lively, but not too lively to scare off an introvert like myself. The employees are friendly and chill, the music is rocking without being too intrusive, the place oozes style, and the view of Park Central Square can't be beat. Oh, the coffee.... read more

The atmosphere was clean and homey, and the baristas were very professional, polite, and talented (my drink was amazing, and the latte art was beautiful). If I lived closer to Missouri, I would frequent the establishment.
