I really enjoyed the coffee ethic. The atmosphere is great and the customer service was fantastic. It would be nice if they offered a wider variety of coffee options but for what they had, the coffee was excellent
I enjoyed the service, drink and warm atmosphere. We even had a place to stow our bikes.
Sweet folks, sweet drinks-you can never have too much of either. Rt now we ALL need a little bit more of both!
I was just searching for coffee shops in Springfield and Coffee Ethic looked like a cool place to try. I am glad I went to the Coffee Ethic! Really cool shop and amazing coffee! Glad I decided to try the Coffee Ethic, I will definitely be going back!
One of the top three coffee places in Springfield. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the product is quality, and it's a great place to relax. Sometimes the music is too loud and you can barely hear the person next to you, and sometimes the music choices are... odd... but, overall, I haven't had a bad experience yet!
I love the Coffee Ethic for its rich coffee, interesting clientele, and warm atmosphere. Location right on the Square is great.
My experiences have been from a distance and with the staff on the phone - Tom was such a caring person and his staff follows that example - It has been a pleasure dealing with them - now if I could only get that great coffee through the phone line :) It is the first place I will visit if I get to MO
So I haven't been here in quite a while, and I have to admit I don't like the changes. The menu is very very small, not much to choose from. They do not offer any sweeteners for your coffee other than liquid sugar. Being on the Square you would think they would have a better menu, better service, and better options. The coffee was good though.

Hmm. We were not aware of the issues with Splenda. Honestly, we're not huge fans of any of the artificial sweeteners, though we do understand the need for those who can't have sugar. We'll look further into another non-sugar option. Our menu though, has always been very similar to its current state. We've added an item or two but never taken any away. I'm a huge fan of traditional macchiatos and other espresso drinks. I finally got a chance to try the coffee ethic and was blown away. Best espresso in town!
