I'll never be back as a long-standing customer that was always treated with respect. Today I met the Barista from hell, who couldn't be bothered to take the black stopper out of my coffee when asked politely. Everybody knows that I'm against these black Stoppers that kill our Wildlife. This used to be our absolute favorite place we band at Starbucks long ago and we’re all about coffee babe but for some reason nobody knows how to brew the jasmine dragon tea anymore and every time I order anything it’s literally wrong and it’s not worth the time and energy to correct it it’s just really upsetting to spend money on something that’s just completely wrong or iced tea that taste like it went through a coffee machine

I stopped here a couple of weeks ago on the way down to San Diego and they’re still allowing people to come in. NO STAFF HAD MASKS and no customers were asked to put masks on to enter. Is San Diego county not in CA? How is it that my Coffee Bean in Long Beach has switched to curbside pick up and a fully covered up staff and this one is putting all of their customers and staff at a huge risk??!
