My birthday mocha was great, but the downgrading of the pastries, recently, is a major disappointment. I ordered a chocolate croissant, expecting the great decadent thing I'd always gotten. Instead, I got a more traditional, French, pain au chocolate, which had almost no chocolate in it, at all. That, and muy honey raisin bran muffin is gone, too. This is the wrist decision since they got rid of the tuna salad and crackers cup!

It's been a while since I've been there. Service was great, had the blended ice coffee and it was just what I ordered
I was in yesterday and I could have sworn that I saw a guy with a beard spit into someones coffee. I think his name started with a G, but I'm not sure. I will never be back if these are the kind of people hired at this company. How disgusting.
