Jessica, Oralia & Amber cleaned my home today & they had more work than usual, since I had to skip the last scheduled cleaning due to a health issue. I understand you are holding an Employee Appreciation month & offering bonuses to employees who have good reviews - I definitely hope that you will bonus these girls generously, as they have always done a good job for me. Jessica, in particular, is attentive to my need for extra attention because I have both indoor & outdoor allergies.
