Dented my fridge, broke marble imported piece, never fully cleaned what they were supposed to. Horrible service! Tried to work with letting them come back after every clean to re-cleaning the list of things missed. Finally had enough with managing the cleaning crews for this company. Owners need to do those jobs!

The owner David Villa is really good at signing you up but doesn't follow up when things are destroyed or not done to meet your needs by the crew. He will promise to come check it out and never do it. VERY disappointed since they mess up my brass sink in my bathroom. The cleaning crew ladies are nice but are not given enough time to really detail any home . It's impossible for 3 ladies to clean a house in 1 1/2 hours if your have large home. Jessica and Oralia cleaned my house today and I would like to recommend them both for the April bonus. They work quickly and efficiently and are a pleasure to have in my home.
