The teams never remember to set house alarm and continuously forget to vacuum one area.Office staff will not respond to emails or calls. Customer service is terrible.

I like that they bring their own quality household products! And the list they leave of what they handled in that rotation is very helpful! Love recommending my friends to them to get reward points as well!

We have had the Cleaning Authority for a couple years now. We had to move once during this time and they have provided excellent seamless cleaning! We hired them to do a move out cleaning and they did a great job! Got most of our deposit back. They’ve worked with us very well when we had to reschedule due to illness.
