For the amount of money per night the rooms are small and cramped, we just lost power and are sitting in the dark. We come here every year, to Easton town center to shop. We need power to get ready to go and we are stuck here in the dark! I’m pissed! The lobby is nice and the shower but that’s about it!!
Audrey always does an amazing job with spray tans; she’s professional and friendly and makes you feel super comfortable, and the whole process takes MAYBE 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait or anything! The Chrysalis is beautiful and clean as always. I can’t recommend Audrey enough, she’s amazing. I’m never orange or anything, and it doesn’t come off on my sheets.
Very BEAUTIFUL place but I must say the food was horrible and the dessert cake 🍰 was HARD when I told the lady and ask her for another piece cause it was hard well guess what so was the next one she brought me wow not to many people ate the cake 🍰
Treated to a night at the Chrysalis Inn and Spa from our daughter. Had a wonderful hot stone massage. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay.

Awful experience never again will I stay here I was harassed every 10 min and treated like a criminal I had my daughter 6th birthday this weekend the pool under renovation they confiscated my daughters balloons from us and was told she could not have balloons in the room she cried of course me and my guest spent a whole lot money that night on adult drinks I doint know what the problem was but this is unacceptable made my experience a living hell. I will be calling corporate to complain.
Given that this is a “Hilton”, I️ was quite unimpressed. The indoor pool was very cold, the hot tub didn’t work and was dirty, and there were never any pool towels to dry my kids off (after asking several times). For the price, they should’ve accommodated their guests better!
Loved it 3yrs ago. Gave It 5� It was perfect. Warm and cozy. Last year can't really complain being under construction. This year... unimpressed. Starbucks is a joke not one order correct, how do you forget to put COFFEE in a Coffee At A COFFEE SHOP!?! And the remodel SuCKS!! What happened to the pub!?! And whys everything white!?!
