We loved the room, view and restaurant the staff was amazing but the train........at least 4-5 times a night! For a light sleeper it was terriable.
We stayed here for the Arnold’s! We loved every single thing about this hotel! So many shops restaurants walking distance! The rooms were very clean! The staff super friendly from the front desk Alise she was wonderful, to the staff at the bar n restaurant ! We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
Another day of learning. Just don’t like the food or I should say the food and I don’t agree so I have to do my own thing
The bathrooms were lovely. The whole building was nice. The conference room I was as stuck in was very well stocked however.
Pretty decor, clean rooms, and the staff was great. Except 1 guy that worked the breakfast. He may need to go to a customer service training or go elsewhere for work.
The hotel has been very nicely renovated but, the upkeep is not done well. I've had filthy rooms three different times I've stayed here with bloody tissues on the bathroom floor, hair in the beds, smudges and smears on fixtures and the shower floors are stained brown and slimy because they don't scrub the textured floor so grime builds up. It is a shame because the hotel is very beautiful but, they don't clean well at all so, it is difficult to relax here.
