Wanted to give this hotel a negative but I had to give it one to write something. This hotel is under MAJOR RENOVATIONS and has been for several months and will continue to be for several more. The interior is completely gutted. We experienced welding, tiling, sawing, hammering noise and much more. I expected more from Embassy Suites/Hilton. We had no prior knowledge of this before we arrived and their is no notification on the website when booking. Shame on you for deceiving your customers!!

The services were great, the spa was nice and relaxing. Customer service was lacking. Went on Mother’s Day and was told if we booked a future service that day we would receive a 10% discount towards the future visit. The spa refused to honor the promo we were promised due to the employee that promised it being “new” and misspeaking on the spas behalf. Maybe train the employees better to avoid future confusion and false promises?

Really disappointed that the spa promoted a Mother’s Day special to purchase gift certificate and get bonus $25 for $150 spent—hubs purchased $200 and they will not honor the promotion (because it was purchased online, which was not noted as an exclusion in the promotion—I even have the screen cap of the promo from FB and website—it only specifies the time window of purchase, not mode). Hopefully they will be more straightforward in advertising in the future but poor customer service in honoring good faith promo.

The hotel was beautiful, the bed and bedding were very comfortable and clean. I was there for a work conference, which included a meet and greet on Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning and then lunch Saturday afternoon. The staff was amazing and all the food was excellent. My only complaint would be paying $4.70 for a bottled soda
