Very helpful and polite staff. Room smelled good and looked clean.
The hotel lobby area is beautiful; however, the rooms are not nearly as nice. Our bathroom was covered in hair, on the walls and ceiling. The shower had something orange-reddish colored on the grout in several spots. I was very disappointed in our stay given the price and rating of the hotel. I have stayed in 3-star hotels that were much nicer and definitely cleaner. After we checked in, we tried to cancel to go to another hotel and they said they would still have to bill us because we did not cancel 48 hours in advance. I w... read more
This is one of those nice and beautiful Hilton Hotel!
I have stayed at this Hilton many times over the years. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food excellent. But no longer. The rooms are dirty. The beds are uncomfortable. The food is bad, very limited choices. I was also surprised that the Kitchen staff and room service staff that we experienced could not speak English very well. Our room service order was not prepared correctly. And the cashier in the Kitchen could not understand “lime” - we had to show her a picture. It was good, but the floor was sticky, No bath mat to stand on after you get out of shower, They need to put coffee stir sticks ,with the coffee,
We loved the room, view and restaurant the staff was amazing but the train........at least 4-5 times a night! For a light sleeper it was terriable.
