I dropped off my kids records to be a new patient and not even a call back. It’s been a week and a half and left several messages to the staff and left a message to the manager and still no one has the courtesy to return any of my calls. They need to get organized.

RecommendedMy 13 year old daughter was seen on Tuesday by Dr. Gaier in ophthalmology after seeing 2 other eye docs/surgeons and being brushed off to the point old that they couldn't make time for her after the initial appt until October to remove a Chalazion that has been getting bigger and bigger since May. RecommendedIf your car is ever going to break down Children's Hospital is the place to be. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful Jimmy Rosado and his crew of valet attendants were today. My car conveniently decided to die blocking the entryway to the valet parking. Jimmy was right on it being professional never sweating and making sure we got to our appointments on time and I didn't have a meltdown.
