RecommendedAmazing hospital filled with wonderful nurses, drs, and surgeons. They are all so caring, and truly try to do everything in their power for you and your family. Truly a God send.
Even though nobody wants to be in the hospital, I can honestly say the doctors and nurses were wonderful. We travelled from NH along our orthopedic surgeon from Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital who was able to jointly perform my son’s surgery with another amazing surgeon from BCH. Their ability to work together to preform a 6 hour surgery on both hips at the same time was a blessing. Everyone is so caring and really care for all their patients My greatgrandaughter Ryleigh Powell was rushed up to Children's about a month ago for emergency open heart surgery and the love and care she received was incredible.Thank you to all the Drs and nurses that took such great care of her💖💖

I've had the worst experience as parent bringing my 2 month old baby to the ER for the first time ever. I took over 2 hours to us have a room and no doctor came and ask how she's doing.n almost another a hour to have our baby to be seen by a doctor resident, total of 3 hours ,she cry in discomfort in pain for a long period of time and nothing was done besides the doctor say she was fine. but after the long wait we have to wait once more for the main doctor, but we left very disappointed. a new baby shouldn't way the long. it... read more
after my good review from 2017 I have say disappointed in the scheduling of appointments, specialist ate only there one day per week or per month. Had an appointment for my son in September and they canceled it on me and pushed it out further at a time that does not work. something's cannot wait. The ER at Boston used to be great but now children are waiting hours upon hours to be seen. is it a lack drs? what is going on. sick children should not have to wait 8 hours to be seen.
My son now 18 years old, was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes on April 5, 2005. It was one week after he turned 4 yrs old. He was diagnosed in our pediatricians office and we were sent directly to Children’s Hospital. We spent a week there learning about diabetes.
We have switched to Boston Children’s from Shriners and they have been unbelievable. We were at a follow up appointment on Monday June 24th when our car broke down. The hospital valet people went above and beyond for us. Tofick who works in valet took it upon himself to make sure I got home. The manager Scott came out and personally helped me. Thank you to not only being dedicated to the patient but the family too.
