I've had the worst experience as parent bringing my 2 month old baby to the ER for the first time ever. I took over 2 hours to us have a room and no doctor came and ask how she's doing.n almost another a hour to have our baby to be seen by a doctor resident, total of 3 hours ,she cry in discomfort in pain for a long period of time and nothing was done besides the doctor say she was fine. but after the long wait we have to wait once more for the main doctor, but we left very disappointed. a new baby shouldn't way the long. it... read more
after my good review from 2017 I have say disappointed in the scheduling of appointments, specialist ate only there one day per week or per month. Had an appointment for my son in September and they canceled it on me and pushed it out further at a time that does not work. something's cannot wait. The ER at Boston used to be great but now children are waiting hours upon hours to be seen. is it a lack drs? what is going on. sick children should not have to wait 8 hours to be seen.

RecommendedMy son now 18 years old, was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes on April 5, 2005. It was one week after he turned 4 yrs old. He was diagnosed in our pediatricians office and we were sent directly to Children’s Hospital. We spent a week there learning about diabetes.
