Amazing caring staff! The staff was so nice and the atmosphere at BCH is so calm and relaxing! I couldn't thank the staff enough for treating my son and making sure he had all he needed from offering diapers and wipes to making sure we had something to drink and always making sure if there was anything else we needed.

Even before I brought my own son there I have always loved Childrens. My sister whom passed away last year at the age of 34 suffered with Osteogenisis imperfecta (OI) type 3 her entire life and Childrens hospital took the best care of her for all 34 years that she lived. Absolutely the most amazing and caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. So many of them even attended her final services. The doctors at this hospital are amazing, literally geniuses. However the standard of excellence with the administrative staff and booking an appointment/checking in is subpar-poor. I have had several problems getting in touch with staff and frequently the administrative staff (in multiple offices) had been rude and hard to work with work with. I would expect more from the number one hospital in the country. I can say this too because I not only am a patient but I also worked for Boston Children's Hospital.

The staff was beyond excellent. The care they gave my daughter was like no other place could give. The nurses took the time to get to know not o my me but my family as well.
My sons doctors office had no clue on how to treat my sons skin condition... they handled it inappropriately... went to the Er had the best service ever...then the following day we had a dermatology appointment... These doctors know there stuff and are extremely compassionate and truly care about there patient....Thank you for saving my sons life...he would of died of staph infection/sepsis without your help���
We have been going to BCH since my daughter was 2 1/2. Now 18. She just had another surgery on her hip! Can't say enough about how wonderdul Dr Millis is and the entire hip team! Special thanks to the wonderful nurses on 10th floor Ingrid, Kristen and Kate. And big thanks to the fabulous CA Tina! Always receive the best care! That is why we travel from Long Island New York!
