Amazing hospital and staff! I have been coming here for my congenital heart disease since I was a baby and now that I am an adult, BCH made my transition into the adult congenital heart program as seamless and easy as possible. Today I had the pleasure of being there for my pre-op,and despite some complications with my insurance, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the surgery would be authorized in time. Doctors and nurses are great but it's impossible to sleep during the night. 1:15 am is not good time to fix floor in the hall. Chance to sleep is very important for patients and their parents. If you can keep night time as a quiet time it would be very beneficial.
Coming from Yale in CT is tough, but worth it for my daughter!! Dr. Rodriguez in the GI unit is great!
I would never tell anyone to go to the Neurology department at Longwood EVER. The treatment we received and attitudes from Dr. Darris and his staff was awful. From not knowing my child's name or even addressing her from the chart to his personal nurse, she was treated like a research case with no treatment plan in place except refer out and in the end he was wrong with diagnosis. A Rat in a lab is treated better
If you ever need a sport medicine Ortho Doctor, this is the place to go. Dr. Dennis Kramer is at the top of the list
I cannot even put into words how I feel about the care the ICU unit gave to my baby Mason! We had Megan Labriola, and Margot Root as nurses. All I can say is they need to be recognized for the care and professionalism they have. My family cannot express how we feel about them and the care they gave to Mason Ingersoll. I will truly never forget them and hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you to all the Dr's and staff but especially to the best nurses my family has ever encountered!! The best hospital ever! We can't thank all the doctors and nurses enough for the quality of care my son received for those 17 days that we were there.
The best! From preop to OR to post op to 10 northwest! Everyone was awesome! They worked hard to make sure I was as comfortable as possible! You all are amazing! Thank you for all you do!! Especially to my favorite nurses Katie and Colleen! And of course Dr. May. ���
