I know nothing about your hospital, but if this story about Justina is any indication of your normal practices, then a VERY poor rating is certainly deserved. Please allow Justina to return to her parents and family,
very disturbed about not allowing a family to get a second opinion and what I am reading. It disturbs me that you would not allow more transparency if what you are doing is in fact justified.

I was a very sick child from the age of 14 and for 9 years doctors from all over Southern California misdiagnosed me and repeatedly told me my illness was a psychiatric issue, and that I was creating my own pain...They told me it was all my fault.
