To truly be the best for children, BCH must admit and make amends when it has judged wrongly. Remaining obstinate is not only harmful to the patients and their families but, the credibility and prosperity of the hospital and it's employees, as well.

I'm rating you down because of the latest stories about child protective services taking kids away from their parents... I think that BCH needs to respond to this in some way. I will re-rate you higher if I see BCH taking steps to rectify what appears to be a very shady situation.
Interesting article on BCH in the Boston Globe. Check the Metro section online. Apparently they're making a habit of taking custody away from parents who disagree with their diagnosis.
bch is targeting children diagnosed with mitochondrial diseases and forcibly separating them from their parents. I can't even decide which individuals to file ethics and ocr complaints against first.
