Recommendedcleanest hospital ever. overall great experience
We have been admitted here twice both times emergency situations each time the staff were very friendly and professional. Had no problem finding where we were to go, staff was very helpful when needed. It was a nice clean facility. The staff explained every procedure to his understanding before it was done it was as great as an emergency visit gets.
Great Drs, nurses and support staff. They just need to work on where people are to go instead of having them.play the Yo-Yo game.
My daughter was born at 24 weeks and in the NICU for 5 1/2 months. They were amazing and I am so thankful for our nurses, doctors and RT's.
Never felt rushed, unimportant, and felt like we were the only ones getting treated, and the staff was wonderful. Always felt in the loop information wise, even when nothing was certain as to what was wrong. So glad for all the employees, and they fixed my daughter. So happy that this wonderful place is in Tulsa. Hard to put a worried mind at ease when it's your kid's health at risk, but they did it!
My grand daughter was there ill and I can not say enough great things about this hospital. Staff was like family. We never felt like we were rushed or not important. Such wonderful nurses, Drs. and hospital staff. Even non-medical staff was wonderful. They kept rooms clean and was very kind.
They took great care of my grandson about 8 years ago. I know there are awesome, caring staff and Drs. Occasionally you run across one just the opposite! When you do encounter one of these people that have no business caring for the ill, much less a child, the first step: 1. Get a copy of Your Patient Rights. Usually there’s a notebook in the room with those included. You should easily get a copy just by asking. Most Parents have ample spare time while their child is getting treatment. 2. I ran upon one of your wonderful nurses in the parking lot of Dillard’s at Woodland Hill’s Mall on Friday, June 8th, 2019. She came over to help me when I popped my knee out in my car in the parking lot. She called 911, talked to my husband on the phone, and stayed with me and tried to keep me calm until EMSA arrived. I wish I had gotten her name. She truly was an angel sent from heaven and I am so grateful! Thank you for stopping and helping a stranger.
