RecommendedI was referred to the St Francis pediatric ER unit after going to the urgentcare on elm in Broken Arrow. They confirmed through xray my daughter had double pneumonia and said it was very serious and we would likely be admitted overnight and it was important to get there right away. I rushed to the St Franicis ER in the middle of a tornado warning and severe thunderstorm. spent 4 hours in the ER, nurses and EMT'S dancing in the nurses station. went in for being wobbly and light headed, was given no assistance to the bathroom. For 2 hours the nurses only walked through so they could go to the bathroom.
They could start out by listing a phone number that works and a registry of the Dr's and their phone numbers. I have an appointment with Dr. Campbell suite 700 and cannot find out if it is tomorrow or Thursday.

RecommendedI really want to love it I was transported very late Friday night by ambulance it was great first day but nighttime seems to need more help and I know nurses can't help it but I don't like my light answerd and people don't come I don't like to be mean and I'm still Here so I'll let you know if I change my stars. RecommendedAmazing level of quality nursing and staff on floor 3. I had really good nurses and techs. Prompt responses, happy to help, suggest things to try, smiling and friendly. They were just the best!!!!
Recommendedjust spent last few days in the hospital. would like to commend the er staff and all who had a part in my er visit. would also like to commend all who took part in my care while staying in room 3326. great care, great bedside manners.
