My twelve year old daughter had to unexpectedly come to The Children's Hospital at St Francis for an appendectomy. We were sent over from an emergency room at 10:30pm. The staff was welcoming and her room was clean and ready for her. They answered our questions and told us what to expect. The doctors and nurses calmed our worries and made a stressful situation easier. Nurse techs, Matt, Taylor and Ashlyn tracked her vitals and were always available to answer questions. 1st floor icu in the childrens hospital is amazing! I loved EVERY nurse EVER Dr. NOW THE 3RD FLOOR IN CHILDRENS HOSPITAL IS A TOTAL DIFFERENT STORY................... THIS IS THE SECOND NIGHT IN A ROW THAT THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MY 4MONTH OLD. the day shift up here are okay and do a way better job then night shift but im so upset with the " HELP" that they have at night. literatly makes me cry and want my nurses from icu back so bad :( Just praying for a fast recovery to EXIT THIS FLOOR FOR GOOD............ read more
