DO NOT GO HERE if you are looking into the SWAN foster to adopt program. They will find every single reason to turn you away and spend months with you on it before telling you no. My wife and I came to them for help because we would like to adopt a child. They decided for us that we are not financially stable even though I make more than enough money to sustain both of us and a child.
