WARNING to potential leasees- your apartment will reek of cigarette smoke since smoking is permitted in apartments. THE LEASING OFFICE LIED to me about the building being a non-smoking one. It turns out The Saratoga is a smokers paradise. People are allowed to smoke cigarettes in their apartments like it's the 1960s - as if it is not common knowledge that second hand smoke KILLS. I've woken up three times this week in a choking fit because my apartment reeks of cigarette smoke. I've developed a cough that will not go away af... read more

I have lived here for several months, and in summary: EXCELLENT! Workmen are available on-site to deal with issues, and do so with skill and celerity. Staff have a fantastic attitude. Comfortable apartments. 10/10.
