The maintenance here is horrible. They don’t follow through with most of the work orders unless you call them multiple times. Hallways smell either like dog shit or weed. Parking garage has no cameras and full of cats scratching tenants vehicles. Also, most of the doors are broken which allows anyone to enter the building. They recently dropped sudden link and went with some “future television” which is BS. Most channels don’t work and it’s frequently dropping channels. I love living here at The Centre! Management and maintenance are very responsive, and friendly! The complex is clean and well kept. Love the amenities and the accessibility of everything around campus. Great location to Tech as well!
The staff are very considerate and polite every time I have talked to them, and they make sure the residents needs are taken care of. Having 2 vehicles and living across the street from Tech makes the parking garage very convenient. Also, no apartments near The Centre have non-street parking for guests, but here my guests can park in the garage. There is security patrolling every night and the dog park just got redone.
The Centre is a great place to live! I had to find an apartment sight unseen. I could not have chosen a better apartment. Not only is it pet friendly, but it is also close to campus. I have never had an issue with noisy neighbors. The internet is amazing (I online game and have never had lag). All of the renovations have really started to make a difference. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live.
Travis from the front desk really helped me out when I moved in and was super friendly. Also the place is very clean.
