I think the Overton Park Centre is a great place to live. It’s close to the Texas Tech campus. Very beautiful complex n pet friendly too!

I’ve been living here for the past two years, registered my dogs and now they claim they lost my paper work for it and they are making me pay AGAIN, when it’s managements fault. My apartment is full of mold (because of their many leaks), and I’ve put several work orders in to fix it and they are yet to be fulfilled. The parking garage is full of stray cats that scratch your cars up completely. They’re completely disorganized management wise and they are not helpful at all. I do NOT recommend living here.
