An amazing location with an extremely understanding staff. When I was in the process of needing a place a few days before school started no one wanted to place me into a room with such a short notice. the leasing professional placed me into a room the same day I stepped into the office. They also waived my fees and gave me a $400 dollar gift card! Nonetheless, I forgot to pay my second installment because I was a bit confused on the exact date...the property manager was understanding of my situation and waived the late fees.... read more

The Centre at Overton Park is a great place to live off-campus! It’s location is unmatched, you are a short 15 minute walk from the heart of Campus! The apartments are spacious and allow you to immerse yourself in your collegiate career! I highly recommended giving them a tour!

I have been living here for almost 2 years and I don't regret. I highly recommend. The community and staff is lovely
I truly enjoy living here!!! It’s convenient on so many levels. It’s spacious it’s near TTU, friendly, pet friendly, food, gym etc!!!
Management needs to be more proactive in dealing with repairs and maintenance, as well as be more customer-focused
These guys towed my brother's car when he had an active, current permit. Management was not very helpful and we'll see what condition the car is in when we pick it up. Avoid at all costs. Update: car looks fine. Red Raider Tow says they advised the Centre that they didn't give enough notice for the permit change that supposedly happened (never told us). If the Centre doesn't cover the entire cost of the Tow we'll be looking for legal action.
