RecommendedThe apartment staff is so sweet and they are incredibly helpful, there is security at all hours of the night, pet friendly, they provide all the amenities you need, and the location is perfect for students. I have lived in 5 different apartments as a student and this is by far my favorite one. I have zero complaints.
I've lived at The Centre for over 3 years now so I've decided to write my review now that my time here is coming to an end. I've NEVER had any issues with any of my appliances breaking or not working and that says a lot for living here 3+ years! Staff is SO SWEET and helpful!! Although I've never actually seen a Property Manager in the office (ever) I think Brooke does a FANTASTIC job holding down the fort... she has been great anytime I had questions or needed help as she's worked there so long I think it's awesome that alt... read more
Not save place to live in we have been stolen two times!
DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. Even if its a week before classes and you have no place to go I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else. If you want to over pay for cheap and out dated appliances, for dirty carpets, for having your car potentially broken into, for dirty hall ways filled with trash, FOR A MANAGER WHO DOESN'T CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS, for less than 5 hours of sleep because of how noisy it is, for INCONSIDERATE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS, for annoying fake bird noises, for a gat... The Centre at Overton is a really awesome apartment complex. It is close to campus and the stadium! Also the staff are so nice and very helpful!
