This morning, October 19, 2020, I made an emergency appointment this morning at 9 AM for a 1030 appointment with their nurse practitioner, Kelli. The appointment conversation was, “I don’t know how soon you can make it here but I have a 9:45, or 1030 AM slot for today”. I respond, I’ll take the 1030 please. “Ok.
