Brittany Ncnurlin needs to get fired for not only not doing her job and answering questions/finding the answer, but also, calling the cops for a pathetic reason as her life was not in danger, and not getting her supervisor as requested. If this type of university doesn’t sort out this type of situation, I would not recommend at all!

Harassing People of Color now huh? How long has this been going on? Anyone that has issue with this should contact the Vatican directly and ask why this school is doing that. https://www.vaticanrome.it/contact/

Allowing an employee to be racist and not take action is unacceptable. You should have supported the student who was treated poorly. The librarian needs to be fired.

how in the world could you let a racist librarian work on campus and just let her call the cops on a student based on tone of voice that’s ridiculous!!

I could never recommend a school that employs racist librarians and racist campus cops.

racism. Pablo Gonzalez was made to leave the law library after asking for a supervisor, as the attending librarian wouldn't let him in and called the police on him. I'm sure other Catholics are going to be concerned about this. I have 2 other Catholic universities in mind to recommend to other parents considering where to send their children--Carroll College in Helena, MT, and University of Mary in North Dakota both come to mind without even thinking hard. I understand that this librarian won't be disciplined beyond "trainin... read more

As a Catholic and a librarian, I am appalled at the University’s handling of a clearly racist library employee at the law library calling the police on a MLIS student of color who was trying to access it, as he had every right as a library student to do. Any employee at my library would be fired for such racist, potentially deadly action, and any good Catholic knows that’s not how we treat our fellow man. Take action, make a public statement on this, and strive to do better.
