I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dell and her staff. They truly care about the patients and their people. Dr. Dell is thorough, caring and compassionate. My cat, Sophia, received excellent care. We are very fortunate to have this practice in Boone County.
I highly recommend the Cat Vet of Hebron. Dr. Dell and all of her staff are friendly and helpful. My cat was having stomach and dental issues and they took care of her. Her treatment went really and she was back to her usual cat self in no time.
We have 3 cats that we took to see Dr Dell. She and her staff are awesome. They were genuinely interested in our cats and listened carefully to all we said. I have never seen a veterinarian, staff and environment as caring as this place. Our cats were not at all stressed out by being there. They were treated so gently and lovingly. We will always take our cats there. Also, prices are very reasonable!
Thanks so much for taking care of my crooked little cat on such short notice last week. So glad it was 'only' an ear infection!
I went to the Dr. Dell because my regular veterinarian was sick. She and her staff treated us so kindly. She is very thorough and so very, very gentle. Her office is very quiet and calming. I got a tour of the office, and she has all kinds of things to keep cats comfortable that most veterinarians don't have. They even have a towel warmer.
I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Dell and her staff for caring for my Pickles. He had an abscess on his lower lip, and they were able to see him the very next morning. He actually had a very badly infected tooth that had to be extracted. They really took their time and I believe that they went above and beyond to save my Pickles. I am forever grateful to Dr. Dell and her staff for taking such good care of my fur baby. Thank you!
I recently moved to the area and had to switch vets. Dr. Dell is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about cats. I have three cats and one has severe allergies. I have only seen her a few times and I am already seeing improvements. I highly recommend her.
I thank the staff for taking the time to thoroughly examine each of my three giant cats! It is nice and clean in there and doesn't have that 'vet smell' and is calm and quiet. I could tell they had a genuine interest in my cats' wellbeing, rather than just 'give me the money, vague explanations, then get out' kind of thing. Also having dental options and their cat-catered equipment is very nice. Thanks for the care and attention given to my cats; I appreciate it greatly~
Dr Lauren Dell truly loves cats and it shows. The staff are all wonderful. I felt good trusting my cat with them.
