Me and my daughter went prom dress shopping at the Castle Spartanburg location. The customer service was exceptional! I can't say enough about the staff and care we received today. Dress shopping can be stressful! I can honestly say we will back for next years prom dress and hopefully one day a wedding dress! THANK YOU!

After having a terrible experience last night at another bridal store, I was impressed from the moment I walked in to the Spartanburg store! Everyone was so friendly and so helpful!! I truly felt that WOW experience every bride dreams of when finding THE dress!! They fit me in last minute due to my sister being in from out of town and Ashley was incredible. She was very helpful, brought me all BEAUTIFUL dresses and made sure I had all the final touches and fluffed my dresses many times for me so we could take good pictures. ... read more
