This staff was very helpful when I was in a bad scenario from another bridal shop. The manager did not leave my side until she helped me fix my issue and was extremely patient and understanding. I will recommend The Castle in Spartanburg from now on!
We had a great experience at the Castle. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, and the way they have everything set up was really easy to manage. The dressing rooms didn’t feel claustrophobic and there were plenty of mirrors. The selection of dresses was great as well. Will definitely shop here again!

Had a wonderful experience! My first time shopping for my wedding dress with my mom and mother-in-law - and I found my dress!! Wonderful service, friendly, and accommodating. When my dress came in (it actually came early!), it had a button missing on the back. They gladly ordered more complementary buttons that quickly arrived so my tailor could fix it. Very happy with them - would highly recommend!
The Castle Prom and Bridal is great! I have gotten all of my prom dresses from there AND my wedding dress! Including my bridesmaid dresses! Ruth has a great eye for what looks stunning! For all of my prom dresses and even my wedding dress, I was not sure what exactly I was looking for and wanted but all of the staff were patient with my indecisiveness and helped me make a decision. I am so in love with my wedding dress and wish I could wear it everyday!
