I had a wonderful experience at the Spartanburg location. All of the girls are friendly and personal. I was asked good discovery questions to find out what exactly I was looking for. I have already recommended the Castle Prom and Bridal to many of my friends.

The Castle is the perfect place to go prom dress shopping!! They had an above and beyond selection for bigger sizes. Every other place I have looked has a minimal plus size section, but The Castle had quantity and quality! The service was also great! It was our first experience here and I will definitely come back next year.

Staff was very rude, didn't have the dresses in the store that were on their website to try on, took a group back that had no apt based on same first name and pushed us in a corner instead of having the others leave. It was cold when we went in and got colder as apparently a staff member was having a hot flash. The bride to be was showing her dresses she was interested in and felt as though the girl wasn't listening. Not to mention "the castle" was in what appeared to be an old subway or liquor store.
They know how to take care of you and your wedding party.
I had the most amazing experience at the Castle in Spartanburg! I could never have dreamed that Wedding Dress shopping could go that smoothly and wonderfully! Hayes was incredible, so happy, patient and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. I bought the first dress I tried on, but she gave me so many wonderful options! I would highly recommend them to anyone! <3

Absolutely amazing! The ladies at the Spartanburg location went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted on our special day. I have never been to the Anderson location, but feel sure they would be the same! I bought my beautiful Allure Bridals dress, a belt, my veil, and my jewelry and then all of our bridesmaids dresses also came from The Castle and they were beyond helpful and sweet. I could go on all day, but to sum it up, they are FABULOUS! ���☺️

I got married April 7, 2016 and I loved my dress! The staff were all very helpful. They picked out many dresses based on what I wanted and some that they thought would be great for me and I ended up falling in LOVE with a dress they picked. They had my dress steamed and ready for me on my wedding day. I could not have been more happy.
